Can I apply any time of year?

Yes for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. Private plans need open enrollment (November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027) or a special enrollment period.

Log in to your MNsure account, or book a call with MinnAssist and we check it with you.
