UCare Individual & Family Plan ending: your 2027 options

• UCare Individual & Family Plan coverage continues through December 31, 2026, subject to policy terms and eligibility.
• UCare plans will not be available after 2026.
• Medica says you will get a letter around October 1, 2026 with your 2027 plan options and rates, and its intent is to help you move into a similar Medica plan.
• Medica will offer Individual & Family plans statewide for 2027.
• You can choose a different 2027 plan during open enrollment.

UCare also says its Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, MSHO and Connect + Medicare plans closed December 31, 2025.

Open enrollment runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Choose by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1. Open enrollment details.
