UCare Medical Assistance members: your plan is now Medica
UCare says its Medical Assistance (Medicaid) plans have fully transitioned to Medica One Health Plan. For questions about your plan, use the customer service number on your Medica member ID card.

Medica says Medical Assistance members can call Medica One Health Plan Member Services at 1-833-849-6951 (TTY 711), free, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT, Monday to Friday. You can also use the number on your new Medica ID card. For free help with your coverage or renewal, call MinnAssist at (866) 655-6606, 7 days a week.
UCare ID card
Medica says members will get a new member ID card and plan materials in the mail by October 1, 2026, and that there will be no gaps in coverage.
UCare dental
Medica says it will update members on any plan or benefit changes. Check your Medica plan materials or call Medica One Health Plan Member Services at 1-833-849-6951 for your dental benefits. UCare renewal
Your health plan changed, but renewing Medical Assistance is still done through your county or MNsure, not your health plan. Keep answering your renewal letters. Medical Assistance renewal help.

What changed

- UCare Individual and Family Plans continue through December 31, 2026. UCare says its health plans will not be available in 2027; Medica will continue offering coverage in Minnesota in 2027.
