How do I upload my Medical Assistance renewal?

• Medical Assistance, or both MA and MinnesotaCare in your household: upload to MNbenefits.
• Only MinnesotaCare in your household: upload to the DHS Health Care Consumer Support document portal.

You can also return it by mail, by fax or in person at your county or Tribal office. Find your county.

If your Medical Assistance closed because the renewal wasn't returned, you may be able to get it back without reapplying if you send the renewal within 4 months. See the 4-month rule.
