What to know
- A renewal (the form to keep your coverage) comes in an envelope with a blue circle. Send it back right away.
- If you don't send it back, you can lose coverage, even if you still qualify.
- Starting in 2027, many adults on Medical Assistance (MA) must renew every 6 months instead of once a year. This is for adults 21 to 64 who don't live with their children under 19, aren't pregnant, and don't get MA because of a disability. American Indians and Alaska Natives are not affected.
- You can check your renewal month at mnrenewallookup.com.
- We help you fill out the form, gather your papers and send them in. We stay with you until it's done.
