Had a change? Here's how to report it.
Report changes like a move, a new job, a change in income or a new person in your home. For Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare, report them within 10 days. For a private MNsure plan, report within 30 days. Reporting on time keeps your coverage and your tax credit right. Call MinnAssist at (866) 655-6606.
Changes to report
- Address or phone
- Income going up or down
- A job that offers insurance
- Someone moving in or out, a birth or a death
- Marriage or divorce
- Pregnancy
- Immigration status

Online in your MNsure account, by phone or mail to your county, or by phone with a MinnAssist navigator.
