• Minnesota residents with income above the Medical Assistance limit and up to 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. In 2027 that is up to $31,920 a year for one person and $66,000 for a family of 4. See MinnesotaCare income limits.
• No affordable insurance through a job.
• Immigration rules apply. We check each family member with you.
