Should I do this on my own, or call MinnAssist?

You're not alone. In 2026, 184,963 Minnesotans lost Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare at renewal, and 86% of them lost it over paperwork, not because they stopped qualifying (Minnesota DHS renewal data, see our renewal tracker).
