Medica Medical Assistance members (Medica One Health Plan)
Former UCare Medical Assistance (Medicaid) members are now with Medica One Health Plan, according to UCare. Sign in to your Medica member account, and use the customer service number on your Medica member ID card.

Sign in or create an account at Medica member sign-in. For member questions, call Medica One Health Plan Member Services at 1-833-849-6951 (TTY 711), free, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT, Monday to Friday (source: medica.com/ucare-members).

- I was with UCare. Am I with Medica now?
- UCare says its Medical Assistance (Medicaid) plans have fully transitioned to Medica One Health Plan. Check your newest member ID card.
- Who helps me renew Medical Assistance?
- Your renewal goes to the county or MNsure, not to your health plan. MinnAssist helps free: (866) 655-6606.
